Is it really possible to correct eyesight naturally with eye exercises? In my experience and from the results I’ve seen in others, it is.
I’ve created this page to tell the story of how I turned my -4D prescription into almost perfect 20/20 vision on both eyes… in less than two months.
I did it without laser eye surgery, and without drugs of any kind. And even though I achieved these results with eye exercises based on the Bates method… they were not the “usual” Bates exercises you see on websites.
Before I get to that, a few words about me:
My name is Neil I’m a 27 year old computer programmer from California. I’ve had vision problems for as long as I know… with eyes as bad as -4D each. And even though I hated wearing contacts, after a while I got used to them.
Yet in the spring of 2010, something happened that made me reconsider.
Out of nowhere, my left eye got really red and infected. The doctor said it was some sort of bacteria… and that I had to stop wearing contacts for a full month.
The news hit me like a ton of bricks. I now had to choose between being blind as a bat (and not being able to do my job), and wearing those god-awful geeky glasses I’ve always hated.
So I started wearing glasses again… and hated every second of it.
I consider myself an independent guy, and hate to be “addicted” to anything – let alone glasses. So even though I couldn’t wait the moment I could get back to contacts… I also started exploring a completely new possibility.
What if I could do something to regain my vision… without contacts or glasses?
I had dry eyes, so laser eye surgery was not an option.
But I’d heard of the Bates method, and had read plenty of success stories from people who had reversed their myopia or hyperopia.
So I looked for a few exercises, and started doing them daily.
I was pretty disappointed.
The exercises were obviously working – because I could notice a slight improvement in my eyesight. But at the same time, they were so difficult, time consuming, and sometimes boring… that I kept asking myself… “is this it? Couldn’t there be something better than this?”
And then, I stumbled on a neat little course that changed everything.
Just 15 days after my fortunate discovery, I could already see a BIG improvement in my eyesight. Things were a lot less blurry when I wasn’t wearing my contacts… so I knew I was onto something.
Then one day, I started getting these massive headaches… and went to the optometrist to give me a check-up.
He probably thought I was pulling a prank on him… and I still remember the look on his face as he asked me: “Why are you wearing contacts, if there’s nothing wrong with your eyes?”
That was the last day I ever used my contacts. And after 7 years of having “corrective lenses required” on my driver’s license… I was able to renew my license and remove all restrictions.
And I couldn’t have done it without this little program.
It’s called “Rebuild Your Vision”.. and while I’ll admit it’s not perfect, it just works.
My only beef with it is that the manual tends to get a little long-winded on occasions. The good news though is that you don’t have to read it all. Only the parts that refer to your conditions.
That being said, everything else about “Rebuild Your Vision” is just plain awesome.
Unlike the original exercises by Dr. Bates, their exercises take a lot less time to do… and they’re fun.
The program works by strengthening and relaxing your eyes… and focusing muscles just like you would strengthen and rehabilitate any other weak part of your body.
And the really cool thing is… it doesn’t take years, or even months for the first results to appear. You can notice an improvement in as little as a few weeks (or at least that’s my experience with the program).
But the best thing is… even though the whole package costs $197 (which I thought was pretty expensive, but definitely worth it)…
… you can “cheat”, and get their free email series, which is almost as good as the paid program.
